Role Overview
Purchasing Sr. Staff
This role focuses on end-to-end purchasing execution, ensuring timely and accurate procurement while supporting cost efficiency and vendor management initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Purchasing Staff handling indirect materials in an MNC, or 3 years in a local company (Tangerang – Bandung area).
- Educational background preferably in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or Science (MIPA).
- Familiar with purchasing processes and has a strong interest in building a career in Purchasing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle PR & PO administration.
- Create and manage other purchasing documents.
- Administer new vendor registration.
- Support Purchasing Supervisor in vendor management activities (including but not limited to RFI, RFQ).
- Update databases for reporting purposes.
